Why I Recommend Saturated Animal Products and Fats and Supplementing Vitamin E for a Sustainable Strong Classic Physique


If you want to build a classic sustainable strong physique and health, you need to consume more saturated fats from animal sources as well as from coconut and dairy – butter, ghee. While consuming less unsaturated fats like vegetable oils, nuts and seeds, grains etc. It is also advised to consume more beneficial sugars from fruits and root vegetables. Importance of Vitamin E
