Success and failure do not just show up all of a sudden

They are a direct result from the standards you hold yourself to and the rituals and habits you do day in and day out. All the little things you do, or do not do consistently, they all add up, no matter how small!

That body of yours that isn’t developing, the pain you always have that isn’t getting better, the belly fat, the lack of tone to your arms and shoulders, etc, whatever it is, is from your doing or lack of doing day in and day out. A reflection of the standards you hold yourself to.
