This is for men and women everywhere! Mother, father, son, daughter, married, dating, and single.

Body sculpting and eating for health/wellbeing isn’t just about looking and feeling better externally, although if we are being honest, our outside/appearance is and SHOULD be a big reason why we want to keep moving and eating well but feeling and being better on the inside is just as important. If our inside is shit, our outside will follow suit, especially in the long term.

What I have learned from body sculpting and eating well

I have learned so much from body sculpting, which is why I am so passionate about it and want to help and teach (awaken) others.

  • I have learned to be a better friend,
  • I have learned to be a better partner, lover,
  • Better sibling,
  • Better son.
  • I am more understanding,
  • I am more compassionate,
  • I am more patient,
  • I am less and more selfish,
  • I am more open,
  • I am more honest,
  • I am more assertive,
  • I am more demanding of myself and others,
  • I am more attentive,
  • I am more real,

the list goes on and on. Of course for others it can be the same but I know we have a lot of parents who train. Being a better role model/example for your kids. What bigger reason than that do you need to want to look and feel better for yourself and for them.

Lead by example

Kids observe everything you do. This is a great thing but it can also be a very bad thing. They can adopt your likes, your habits, your biases, your unhealthy obsessions, your eating patterns, your sleep patterns, your behavior, your hateful attitude towards your own body, etc.

One thing I cannot understand is a lot of parents we talk to want their kids to be healthier, eat better, exercise, etc, which is a great thing to care about but then they themselves eat like shit, are not in tune with themselves, always on the go and running around, stressed beyond belief, they do not take care of their own body, get no movement, never make the time for any self care, sit on the couch etc. Why would your kid want to be healthy if you yourself do the complete opposite of what you want them to do for themselves? It starts with us. It always has and always will.

Being a better mother, better father, grandparent, husband, wife, neighbor, human. This is what it is all about. Bettering the world through bettering ourself!

This is about becoming a better human, inside and out, for yourself and for the world!

Help us spread the word! Lets keep growing this awesome community!

Lets keep spreading the word that you do not have to suffer to be healthy, do not have to restrict ourselves, or do crazy diets, or exercise 9 days a week for hours on end to have a great body and feel amazing, we should be sleeping great, long, and deep.

It is NEVER too late to start. Age means nothing. All it takes is the decision, the choice to want to be better and to change, to grow!

It is never too late to start. I cannot tell you how many men and women believe that once you reach 30, 35, 40 that it is all downhill and it is because of age and how it is normal to wear down. NO NO NO. I cannot stand this limited mentality mindset beliefs that a lot of society has. This is not the case. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE. Whether you are 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, etc. You can change and be better!

Lets build a community that we are grateful to be apart of! For ourselves, our kids, grandkids, and so on.
