A: No, no, and no.
Here is the deal people. Eating a metabolic diet is NOT about eating like Ray Peat, me, or someone else that is not YOU. Eating a metabolically supportive diet is finding the diet that works for YOU and then shifting and fine tuning it as you start to heal.
Generally speaking: Your diet should consist of healthy sugars like fruit, roots, juices, milk etc. It should also consist of digestible proteins, saturated fats, salt, etc.
How much of each will depend on YOU. More specifically, what you will need to eat will depend on your current diet (prior to shifting), your health, your gut health, your activity, your sleep, your weight, your goals, your budget, your food availability, your stress, your happiness, your likes and dislikes, etc.
Get the point here? There is no ONE diet that fits everyone. AND, as you heal your diet is going to change.
It is quite possible that you may not be able to digest milk right now. If this is the case, then consuming copious of amounts of milk will do you no good. Does this mean you should avoid milk forever? NO. It just means until you heal your gut, or find a milk you can tolerate, you should consume sparingly or avoid entirely.

This is a more lengthy solution; but for those thought patterns that are stuck, the only solution is to unravel your limiting beliefs, by proving yourself wrong so to speak via writing it out. No one wants to do the work but it must be done if you truly desire change and a happy life. Things just don't magically happen without doing the work.
Most of the time our thoughts are assumptions that we make from the data we collected at that time molded from our personal biases.
This is not all the data available in most cases, it's also layered with logical fallacies and is cognitive distortions. By reframing your negative thoughts into something more uplifting and, ironically, probably more realistic —
So go back and find more information and prove yourself wrong.
