The heavier you are, the more estrogen your body is producing, the more estrogen dominant you become the harder it is to lose fat.
Therefore, you have to decrease anything that is estrogenic in the diet and in your environment. You also need a diet that will rid you of excess estrogen…adequate protein, organic dairy, one raw carrot daily, and avoid PUFA’s.
