Lifting heavy weights does not make you bulky or look like a man. If you want proof, just look at the average man who lifts haha. He has a hard time looking like a man and he tries to “look like a man”.

It takes a lot of training smartly and eating correctly (consciously or unconsciously) and in a surplus to become bulky or really muscular. It can also happen if you have no idea what you are doing and you eat a lot of bad food.

Lifting heavy and properly will accentuate your curves and enhance the figure you have.

The more muscle density you have, the more fat you burn at rest. Better make sure you are consuming saturated fats and not unsaturated fats. This is a big issue amongst people and can cause reactions.

Be like Valerie! She is not ignorant or afraid to lift heavy because she understands the many benefits it does for the body and how lifting heavy weights will make women bulky is a big fat ignorant myth.
