The Unsupported Press


Standing and seated presses are great for the whole upper body. They develop the shoulders, upper back, abdominals, arms etc.

I favor standing, regardless, I always do them unsupported. This really brings out and challenges the whole upper body.

A great movement for a classic powerful physique.
